I was wondering, if recent american films have been uploaded to websites and people don't download them but watch them via streaming media, is that still breaking the law? Since there is not actually a file on your computer. Also, if this is illegal, who do I report it to?

what website do you view these free streaming videos from? Not that I would try to watch them or anything.

Yeah If I "Hypothetically" wanted to watch these movies, what site would I have to go to? And I dont even believe this is possible (apart from youtube but thats different)
