Yes, I call it the jitters. It usually comes with an increased appetite too. Drink some Camomile tea or take Valerian. Both work well.

Most women do feel a bit nervous for having their period, usually their FIRST period, but its pefectly natural and theres nothing to be afraid of.
I'd say, if they DONT have a period THATS when your supose to be nervous.

The hormonal changes do make some women more stressed and nervous. Homeopathy has good solutions and allopathy (modern medicine) may have, though I am not sure.
