Penn and Teller did a show on their "B.S." showtime special. I think it was season three, they did a special on circumsision and there was a guy on there who put a special ball bearing thing on his.... to get the foreskin to grow back. They showed it and everything, looked like it worked to me.

if u are referring to circumcision, then there is no way to go back, and honestly there is no reason to.
