he hasn't had nose jobs, or skin bleaching. He has a degenerative nose disease and an equally horrible skin condition, all of these things add up to a condition that makes him look like an aging white woman with a bad nose job...

He has one nose, but it keeps falling apart and they have to put it back together again. Some might say he had more noses than this, because of all the cosmetic surgery. But while they have removed bits, they haven't removed the whole thing, just bits. It is still all him.
