Yahoo Msgner works but I can not access a webpage at all on IE. Also the comp will only shutdown by pushing the button. I have ran Virus & Spyware scans both, Disk Cleanup, Defrag, attempted restoring back to 3 months ago (it wouldnt or didnt affect it). Netscape Browser connection was refused when attempting to contact ie.redirect.hp.com - I do not have anymore browsers and no access to web... WHAT CAN I TRY NOW?

If it's happened over the last couple of days I would recommend formatting your computer as something is likely choking out your connection. Sorry....

Upgrade ur Internet Explorer. install internet explorer 7.0
