all states will vary in this time limit-but, none of them will extend an annullment to 10 years, I promise this. An annullment has nothing to do with children, either, but, is merely like the couple asking for a break from all the nasty paperwork for making a mutual mistake in becoming married at all. this will usually only allow for a few months to a year, in most cases, and in most states. But, a judge still has to ok it, too. just because you may or may not fall into the time constraints of an annullment law, that doesn't ensure that you will be allotted one from the judge that will ultimately grant you a divorce. My advise is that you file for a SEPERATION, legally thru your county/state courts, and begin the legal process right away. The first one that files for the seperation and divorce usually has the upper hand in the legal battle of dividing all the property and money between the couple. Also, word of advice--do not follow any advice!! Just lawyer it up and you will pay for what you get, so don't cut any corners and the other person can sometimes end up paying for your legal stuff, among other things. Also, start to divide the bills, remove names off of accounts and any investments and debts you two hold together and do it prior to the emotions getting involved into it. If you are the one in serious debt, then file for bankruptcy or else you will have to pay for more than just yourself!! Good luck, and lawyer up, for sure!!

You can't get an annulment after 10 years of marriage. A Divorce is your only choice. It's your call what you do now. Other than that, this sounds simple.

He emotionally hurt you because you haven't gotton pregnant? or you are feeling hurt because you haven't gotton pregnant? Not sure which you mean. If he hurt you somehow, like blaming you, then go ahead and leave. If you are looking to marry someone in order to have a baby, why not try adoption?
I'm in the US and anullments are granted by the Catholic Church in cases of underage marriage. It meand the marriage never took place, basically. After 10 years, I don't think they would do it. You'd have to go through a divorce under Phillipine law.

I don't think annullment is granted in most states, unless you can prove that the marriage happened before age 18 without parental concent, or if you were drunk when it happened. I tried to get my marriage annulled because we never lived together, but after a year, they said no way.

No, I already told you are being a selfish woman to want a divorce for this reason. If you want to raise children, adopt or become a foster mom. The world is suffering from massive over population and there is no need for you to have your own. Besides, are you sure you'd even make a good mother? I'm not.

Annul, no. Divorce, yes, if you want to. There are other values to marriage besides children.

10 years married, consummated, no annulment. Just divorce him, you sound like you don't love him anyway.
