Yes you can sue... just be aware that Dell will have high-priced attorneys so the odds of you winning are not good.

You have to prove that you did not recieve the goods they are claiming you were sent. The failure to read the fine print of any agreement you sign is completely your own.

Now, it could be an error in their records that claims you bought a $15,000 server. You will have to check your invoice to make sure of what you ordered and the agreed upon prices. If they sent you the wrong server, you should have called them immediately to get the right one. If they had sent you a server that only could manage 2 computers, you would have raised hell and demanded the correct one.

If there is a huge discreptancy, take it to court and have it resolved.

A lie is an untruthful fact made to somebody else with the purpose to lie to. To lie is to declare some thing one believes to be fake with the purpose that this is taken for the actuality via somebody else. A fabricated lie is a made-up tale or account.

Despite writing a fake story being a totally lame and stupid way of asking your question, you can sue anybody for anything these days. You just won't win, that's all.

You are liable to pay whatever amount Dell will demand from you if there is no proof that the delivery was not complete.
