any kind of urine line test , that i can know my urine line is ok ,
actually right now i dont have any pain or any thing but only this that i am going to pee every 45-50 mins, further all time i feel thristy also, even after taking water also,

With kidney stones, you typically have 1) Pain, often severe, in the back or somewhere in the urinary system 2) Blood in the urine. You could can have urinary frequency (what you have), but typically that would occur with blood and pain. You didn't mention blood in your urine or pain.

Therefore, I see two other much more likely possibilities in your case:
1) You could be developing diabetes (or you have diabetes and your sugars are out of control). One of the most common presenting symptoms of diabetes (which means "syphon") is excessive thirst and urination, especially having to get up at night to urinate
2) You could have a UTI (urinary tract infection), which often presents with having to urinate very frequently. Oftentimes (but not always), there is pain right before, during, or after urinating as well...and there could be blood in the urine and pain over the bladder (but not always).

Bottom line:
You need a simple urinalysis (UA; urine dipstick test). any physician can do this, it is a very common, very cheap, and very easy test. It will test if you have an infection or not. It will also test whether there is blood in your urine or not (even if you don't see any). And, it will test to see if you have glucose in your urine.

I also recommend a fingerstick blood glucose check (maybe a diabetic friend can help you with this one, else see a doctor). But, you definitely need to be checked for diabetes immediately! If you have nausea, vomiting, etc - the diabetes could be WAY out of control and life-threatening (DKA - diabetic ketoacidosis, a common way diabetics first present, and some actually die from).

So don't fool around if you get sick to your stomach in addition to this urine problem...and get checked out soon.

Hopefully, it is a simple urinary tract infection that a short course of antibioitics will clear right up.

A kidney stone doesn't send you running to the bathroom. You have pain in your low right or left back are & blood in the urine. It sounds like you may be a diabetic. This is exactly how diabetics do. Don't wait any longer, diabetes are bad, get checked by a Dr. I have had 3 kidney stones & I am also a diabetic.
