Just curious, my dad likes to pluck his mustache because he said that shaving will make the hair long and thick, But now i see his mustache, his mustache is very thick and black, with a little areas of green color era and some holes he pluck had become big and rough. Is there reversible? Meaning can he use the some kind of medicine or moisturizer to make the top of his mouth smooth and clean just like the first time you shave it?

I'm not sure what an actual answer to your question would be, but for the record when you shave hair it doesn't actually grow back thicker. It only looks like it because naturally growing hair tapers at the end, but when it's shaved it gets cut flat across.

Shaving does not make the hair grow long and thick. That's just a myth. Because the razor cuts at an angle, the hair looks thicker.. He can rub cocoa butter on it; that'll help. Tell him he can shave without worrying it coming back thicker.

Well, I know there's this special shaving cream where you apply in the area you want to remove hair. Then wait six minutes and wipe the cream off with a wet towel and than hair free, but it'll sting for a few minutes.
