Yeah, It's very helpful in UTI but Cranberry is not from Philippines.
But you can find imported Cranberry juice at the mall or supermarket. (- -,)

none that i know of. what we do is buy some cranberry juice in the grocery. there are a lot in the market.

not that i know... but to cure U.T.I. why not try fresh coconut juice.. it is the best cure for any urinary tract infection...
