Orson's ex-wife, Alma(?), and his mother had a stroke and can no longer speak

Only Alma died in the episode. Orson's mother had a stroke and is now completely paralyzed that she can't even speak.
More detailed recap:
Alma died after Orson's mom still would not let her out of the attic and walking away saying that Bree would not be a problem for long. Alma yelled asking what she was going to do to Bree. She then proceeded to unscrew a window in the attic and tried to get out and climb down the roof but eventually fell off and died.
Bree came back from the hospital and Orson's mom conviced Bree's daughter to leave the house (to go to the pizza opening).
Orson's mom proceeded to put sleeping pills in a soup for Bree to knock her out. She then put her in a bathtub filling up with water and planned to slit Bree's wrists. Andrew tried to come home to see Bree but Orson's mom hit him with a broom and he fell down the stairs. Orson made it home and caught his mother before he could do anything to Bree. He fought with her, especially to get the knife away, and then threw her on the ground and she had a stroke.

Alma, she crawled out of the attic that Orson's mom locked her in and while she was waving to get Bree's daughters attention, she fell off the roof. Orson's mom tried to kill Bree by giving her an overdose of sleeping pills and then put her in the tub and was going to slit her wrist, but Orson came in and saved her, at which time his mother had a stroke.
Lynette and husband had their grand opening.
Gabrielle thought she slept with Zach, but didn't.
Mike was aquitted of his charges because Orson set everything up to prove that Alma and his mom had killed Monique.
Susan got engaged to her rich boyfriend.

Alma tries to flee her attic prison to warn Bree of Gloria attempting to kill her. She fell from the roof of the domicile and died. Gloria has a stroke after being thrown to the floor via Orsen after she tried to kill Bree.
