physically my husband did'nt hurt me but emotionally he did we both have work up check ups we both have normal findings but yet still i was'nt preg. is it unfair for him is my decision? Thank you

Wow, you really are a selfish woman aren't you? No, that's not a reason to get a divorce. Adopt or become a foster mom. With the world's overpopulation problems, we really don't need everyone to have a baby!!

You are so selfish and so dis- connected from the heart until it's pitiful. You don't love this man anyway. Go ahead and divorce him and let someone have him that love him. I hope as soon as they get together, she become pregnant with his child. Maybe your womb is cursed because you are such a hateful person.

Just because you are married is no guarantee you should have a baby. Yes, it's unfair, but no one has ever said that life is fair.

I would think that's unfair because you have been married for 10 yrs. It sounds like you should just get a divorce. Good luck.

yes you are able to too. but if you are in canada you need to have one year of seperation if your in the u,s,a, jest file for divorse.
