Buy a copy of the "Stop Smoking Book" by Alan (Allen?) Carr. Most bookshops have it. Read it. Take it seriously. You will be a non-smoker before you finish reading it. And with zero withdrawal symptoms. Furthermore, you will never be tempted to smoke again, even if sitting beside someone who is smoking your brand. This is guaranteed as long as you seriously want to quit, even if you don't feel ready to quit.

WHATEVER YOU DO, STAY AWAY FROM NICOTINE REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS.

While trying to quit, avoid situations where you will be out of control, ie: drinking, partying, doing drugs. Its a thin book, so won't take long to read - but don't read it all in one night. You need to absorb every word.

Stop smoking weed, by not putting tabacco into the splif. Weed by itself is not addictive although it can be harmful. So just use a bit of self-control.

You won't need the sleeping pills, once you stop doing the all-night party drugs. Avoid caffeine-containing products after lunch time. Check ingredient lists - lots of products have caffeine. Go to bed at regular times to get your body used to sleeping. Try meditation techniques to calm the brain before sleep. Sleep by yourself. If you snore, get your airways checked to make sure they are clear.

Use the same de-brainwashing technique to stop coke as you did with the nicotine. Avoid people who are in a position to sell it to you. Don't take a lot of cash out with you. Use something like ecstasy instead.

Ecstasy - why would you want to stop this? Its not addictive, just reduce the quantity to give your body a chance to sleep more regularly. Make sure it is pure, and not full of amphetimines.

Vicodin - no idea, no experience with this.

You didn't mention alcohol. Is that better than the other drugs you mentioned or do you not drink?

Well, my husband quit smoking 3 months ago, but he just quit cold turkey. I have heard that you take the butt of every cig. you smoked in 1 week, put them in a jar with a lid, and when you get the urge to smoke, pop off the lid and take a whiff.

Can't help with suggestions on the others because that is something YOU need to do to protect yourself, not only physically, but legally as well.

i dont do either but.. my mom died from cancer and she smoked cigarets DAILY 2packs a day...so try being around someone with lung cancer that might help .

weed .. i know that might be a hard one . but ... just know that as long as your dependant on something to make you feel better.. its gonna be hard when your NOT on anything .. and i know the people i know that are off their high are "assholes" so.. i would say.. ask people (your friends) what you are like when your NOT on drugs.

sleeping pills.. i use to take something to help me sleep but its mind over matter..

look at anna nicole she was taking everything and she just died.. so .. . join the gym, walk more, be around more positive people.

think about the positive benefits vs the negative benefits to all and choose a healthier habit :)

good luck :)

Eat hard candy and chew gum. Go to rehab and hang out in group therapy for a few weeks. Find new friends. Form a new lifestyle, with new hobbies.

the easiest way to quit is by don't set fire to the rolled-up weed you have hanging out of your mouth or stick it in your ear before you light it as a reminder whenever passing a lit cig or joint hold your breath and say "ear" LOL if you get it "ear dude" "drugs are bad" "ear"

The best advise.... check yourself into a rehab. It's not for losers.... it's for people who know that they need help... and want to stop doing what they're doing. BIG KUDOS!!! That's the first step.... honestly!!
