I'm not sad with my life. I'm not happy with my life either. There are many things and other aspects of life I wish I had or had experienced. However, if I have a chance to go back and redo everything: I would not change a thing. How many of you feel the same way about your life ?

Nearly Everyone could apply this to thier life because there are so many experiences we dont get around to doing.
BUT....that being said. NO, I dont ever think of my life this way.
Not sad, or happy with life - what does that leave? Catatonic???
As for the part about there being many things you wish you hadve experienced but didnt, ...people who do think that way sound like they are already dead.
I would be disappointed to learn that people really do view life like this.I'd suggest they make a trip to a doctor to get rid of their depression.
Otherwise, change. Anything. Your self, job, attitude.
Life is what you make of it. You can live in this pessimistic rut, or you can look for something in your life to appreciate.

I m a huge believer in the power of keeping a list somewhere, that you can accesss easily, and everytime you think of something you'd really love to do. Write it down.
A crazy thing I had on my list was Id love to go to the Sahara Desert. It seemed so far from my reality, which is kind of why I chose it.
I travelled to Canada which then led Europe. In Spain My sister suggested we pop over to Morocco a few days considering it was so close. 8 weeks we spent exploring the country.
At age 26, not only did I get to see the Sahara Desert, I got to ride a camel through, and up and down sand dune after sand dune with several berbers.
It was so surreal unlike anything I could have imagined. I remember giggling, thinking This is like A ride at Disneyland. It was so 'other worldly' I couldnt help but wonder at first if it was.
An experience like that, leaves no room for an attitudelike the one you posted.
After my camel ride, I thought ok, next I'd like to ride an elephant somewhere. before I flew home I stopped off at Thailand to shop. There I read about elephant rides (and learnt that ride and trek are not the same!)My 'ride' lasted 3 fantastic days.
Its all out there, what ever you want.

Yes, maybe I would do one or two things differently...but on the whole I'm quite happy with the way my life turned out.

Ditto...what I have been through has brought me to this place. I could have made different decisions, but I can't live in the past.
