The outside of the back tires weared out more than the other sides and front tires. Why is that? Help?

More than likely you need a wheel alignment and rotation. In some indepent suspension you will get uneven wear, hence why rotation and alignment and balance for that matter is important

I have to ask, is this a used car you bought recently? Might be the car was wrecked and repaired improperly and the rear axle doesn't track properly. Most on the street used dealers wouldn't tell you.

your back tires have a lower pressure in them which in turn causes the outer part of the tire to be hitting the surface insted of the inner tube

You need a good 4 wheel alighment... thats all.
