This woman showed up at these peoples and was screaming at someone to leave her alone. The people were home and heard it, so they looked out to see what was going on. The woman asked the man if he was someone. He said yes. So she raised the gun and aimed at the people with her finger on the trigger. They did get away before she shoot a fire. Then the cops showed up and took the gun. But they let her go free without asking the people if they wanted to fill charges against her. What do you think you would do?

Be thankful the space cadet didn't shoot anyone. The pointing of the gun constitutes assault and battery, but do you really want to continue to associate with such instability. Your not going to gain anything by pushing it legally, and the next time it might not end as bloodlessly.

The blogbaba's advice is to let it go, and be thankful it ended without anyone taking a bullet.

IMMEADIATLY head to the police station and file a report. Even if the police do nothing, you can sit in the station filing papaerwork for a while and you will automatically be safer there.
