Sorry, it's not possible. In Oregon if you are on unemployment, you have to show continued attempts to look for work - on a weekly basis. You also have to meet with the Unemployment office regularily to review what you have been doing to find work. They don't do this to harass you, but to make an honest attempt to find you a good job.

Some people also find work out of state and most find employment - paying all of the possible benefit up front would not encourage you to do your best at finding new employement.
