I have heard from a lady that first three days you should avoid completely and since i do it regularly and don't want to drop during menstruation..but i want to know what is right....

no it is not necessary you can do yogic asan but you should not do kapal bhanti pranayam ,agnisarkriya,bahiye pranayam.other pranayam bhastrica,bhramary ,anulomvilom pranayam u can do.there will be no harm

no,its nt compulsory to avoid yoga.bt u shud avoid tough asans. if u do it regularly, it will even cure ur pain .
