does my wife need stimulators for her sex drive?

my wife and i only have sex about once a month. most of the time she doesnt even want it but she does it anyways to make me feel better. we have thought about going to the doctor to see about sex drive stimulators. will they work? does she need them or is there any other way we can make her want to have sex more offten. thanks from both of us.

My wife and I have had been through this problem for many years. I can't comment on your particular problem other than to say that it is definitely in your best interest and the interest of your marriage to find out, first, if there is anything organically wrong with your wife. It may be a treatable, medical condition for which there is safe and appropriate treatment. If there is nothing medically or physically wrong, then I strongly suggest that you seek the advice of a qualified marriage counselor. I would look for one that specializes in sexual relationship problems. The counselor may further refer you to an ethical "sex therapist" that can work in tandem with the counselor.

The fact that your wife is considerate of your needs and you are considerate of her difficulties (most men would have a lot of problems only having sex once per month) shows great promise.

On a related note, our society is obsessive about having sex often. You would think that if a couple is not experiencing mind-blowing sex several times a week that something is very wrong. TV dramas and talk shows reinforce that idea. The fact is that many couples do not have frequent sex and have worked out an agreement with each other about what is best for them. There are even a few celibate marriages and all is well.

Another thought: Your sexual skills may not be as finely tuned as they need to be due to either lack of knowledge, lack of experience, or the lack of communication between you and your spouse. Some couples think that if the spouse really loved them they would know what to do. That's nonsense. Communication is the most important part of a good sexual relationship. You and your spouse may just need to talk things over without inhibitions and embarrassment. She needs to tell you what she likes and doesn't like. You need to be sure that you understand that women do not have the same sexual needs or have the same responses that men do.

This will all work out. But, don't ignore the word "work". It takes time, trust, friendship, honesty, and love to make it all work.

I heard on the radio last week that a poll says 80% of the women would be willing to go without seex for 15 mos for a new wardrobe.
I think this kind of puts women's seex drive in perspective.
I think you are on the right path, there are actually quite a few medical reasons for a low seex drive. You did mention ages or how long you have been married all of which seem to play a roll in frequency.

Sure charge them so while you or your wife will get aids which you can pay probably the most clinical charges.Higher yet why do not she just go into the porn biz or prostitute herself.Does she stay home having sex golf equipment even as you work all day if so you might be as gigantic a idiot as floyd the barber off the Andy Griffith exhibit!

If your wife is willing to try a sex stimulant, I'd say good for her! That means her mind is still with you......now all she needs is to physically be in tune with you.
