I think that Alan Rickman, is a hottie! He may be an older fella, but, he sure has that sex appeal! LOL!
I wanted to know, what movies R your favorites, and why?
I will add, that the was so touching in "Truly,Madly,Deeply"...if you have ever seen that one!
He was pretty funny in Galaxy Quest...really seemed "grumpy"!
He makes a wonderful Villian..in most of his movies...in Robin Hood Prince of Thieves..he really turned me on! LOL! Looks great in black tights! (God, I wish men dressed like that these days,and spoke with a Shakespearian accent...that is HOT!!! LOL!!)
BUt, he was also, really hot in Sense and Sensibilty....what do you all think? What movies have I missed? and which ones did you think that he was great in?!?

I totally LOVE Alan !
He is not only attractive, but one of the best actors around!
Its a shame he doesn't get more recognition.
I love Truly, Madly , Deeply and Love Actually.
I first discovered him in Robin Hood.He totally stole the show! He is such a great villian! I love Sense & Sensibilty, playing the ever so kind and sweet, Col Brandon.
He's been in so many movies that he was great in.
I love Professor Snape:) He's the best:)
What can I say, I love those bad boys:)
Mesmer is a great film, I recommend it if you haven't seen it:)

I agree with those who said that Alan Rickman is the most underrated actor in Hollywood! This man is one of the greatest actor out there! Until now I'm still wondering why they never give this highly versatile actor an Oscar or that walk of fame!
My god... It's weird... oops, not that he need one that golden nakkid man to justify his talent! LOL! Seriously, he's like Pacino or De Niro! (Only that Rickman won "Sexiest Man" thingy and they don't) man... It's still make me wonder...
Anyway, about the question..
My favourite movie of Alan is Snow Cake.
Totally sweet and warm! It's my favourite because Alan is almost on every scenes! And then, there's a sweet love scene in there and many heart warming moments.
The movie has just been released on DVD, why don't you try and check it out ;)

I think Alan Rickman is one of the most under rated stars in hollywood. He is really versatile. He plays a most dispicable villan, grumpy man, or straight man. I think his job in Galaxy Quest made the movie!! If he is in it, then I think it will always be a better film. Try Dogma, by Kevin Smith. He does a great job as a messenger angel and his voice for Marvin the Robot in Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is great!

I loved him in Sense and Sensibility. In his portrayal of Colonel Brandon, Mr. Rickman was able to convey the intense passion that the Colonel felt for Marianne Dashwood (played by Kate Winslet).

I still really love him as the Sheriff of Nottingham. Oh, and Snape too. Alan Rickman has that rugged handsom look. I would have never guessed that he was 61!!
Also I think that his voice makes him even sexier!!
Ok, just everything about him is HOTT!!!!

I don't find him really attractive but Something the Lord Made is a really good movie with him and Mos Def in it. Very good. If you haven't seen it I suggest you seek it out and watch it.
I do enjoy his acting, though. All my friends only really know him as the guy who plays Severus Snape in those J.K. Rowling novel movies.
