I've had my wireless mouse for about 2 years now and it's been acting up the past couple days by randomly not clicking or not moving the clicker on the monitor. I have replaced the batteries several times so I know for certain this is not what is wrong, and the wireless connector is fully inserted in my computer. My wireless keyboard is on the same connection so I know the connector isn't defective. Thanks in advance for any advice anyone has to offer

Try updating your software first it may be out of date do that before you buy. I have several wireless and have them mess up but normally it is I that has done something to mess it up, like not updating or move a wireless device to close to it or something with too much power got moved to close to it as well. You might want to unplug the device and pull the batteries from the unit and hold both buttons to sync then to connect for 60 seconds then put it back together and see if that fix's it. Almost all of the manufactures will tell you to do this before warranty replacement so they know something we don't try it before buying something new.

If your mouse is experiencing those kinds of problems, it is best to replace it. Make sure the mouse you purchase is from a trusted company like Logitech. Also, make sure it has either optical technology or laser. Optical is less expensive than laser. Laser is generally for gamers and graphic designers.

You don't need to spend a lot of money either. Just get a mouse that fulfills your needs. Don't purchase a mouse that comes with extras that you know you will not use.
