That's one of the oldest excuses for not claiming a baby. I'm not even going to get into detail about it. Because if he did, why would he just bring it up while you're pregnant and not let you know before hand. A good ole D-N-A test will tell you that.... No, vasectomy is so damn rare of a failure that you can say that it doesn't. if that is the case than you could still have a baby with a historectomy. Girl, pleease don't fall for that tired Maury Povich paternity test lie. And it's not about you it's the baby and she has a right to give him a chance and he might come around later on, but you don't have to be with him either. But tell him when the baby is born I would just like to confirm paternity. and if he is "claiming" to had that operation and refuses, make him get a court order and they'll go from there. If you want nothing then whats the problem.
I do recommend getting a DNA test done, because think about it, one day that little girl is going to want to know who her father is, and then what are you going to tell her?

Go to family court, get a DNA test and let him pay child support. That is the law.

Yes it is possible, nothing is 100%, not a vasectomy or a tubal ligation even. My uncle was with a girl who had a tubal, and she got pregnant.

well he could have...what some people dont realize is if he got one today...it would still take 23 days to become effective....there is still some potiential baby makers in there until then
