b and c because the product of their slope is -1..
that is slope of eq b =3
slope of eq c = -1/3

3 x -1/3 = -1 //answer

Answers B and C; the slopes of perpendicular lines are opposite reciprocals (flipped upside-down and multiplied by -1). The slope of line B is 3, and the slope of line C is -1/3, its opposite reciprocal. Pay a little more attention in math next time : )

comparing y=mx+c to three equations,we get
a)m-1=5/3
b)m-2=3
c)m-3=-1/3
d)m-4=1/3
Here m-2*m-3=-1,hence 'b' and 'c'are perpendicular lines.

B and C

Because perpendicular lines have negative reciprocal slope and y intercept,

Dude down there, its B AND C

definition of a perpendicular line, they have negative reciprocals.
