"Currently 45 nations in the world have monarchs as heads of state, 16 of which are Commonwealth Realms that formally recognize Queen Elizabeth II as their head of state and Prince Charles as heir."

if you mean real kingdoms and not sultanates
or tribal kings,or living in exile ,than you have in asia
japan and thailand.
in europe, united kingdom incl canada and australia,norway,sweden,denmark
,netherlands,
belgium ,spain, and
morocco in n. africa
