we r planning for shimla from 25th of this month

Simla is in the throes of snowfall.

Travelling to n from Simla is not being easy either.
Although it would be fun to be in such lovely snowfall, sincere advice is to avoid going there right now. Wait for March atleast. Roads n rail services might be blocked.
