Why do men do bad things to women? They do it for the same reasons that men abuse women, chirldren, other men ... And every reason is different but with an underlying source of hatred and stupidity. Men are no better than women.
Not all men and women abuse others. Women can be just as domestically abusive as men.

Frankly from what I observed in some women, is they like to be drama queens. That the reason for frequent abuse.
The other reason is women do not have the same sense of fairness or logic that guys have. They run on pure emotion and if they feel you are not home at night due to overtime, and think it's actually you are cheating htem, despite how much facts you present to them, they won't listen and will go on the war path. There is no shame to their game when it comes to getting what they want, and if a strong man is not around to keep their nature in check, they will get out of hand, just because they can. It what I have seen, despite how sexist it seems.
