My betta is changing color's. It's red and at the tail it's turning blue.
Is that normal for a betta to do?

Yes, it is normal. Most bettas change color gradually (but sometimes quickly) as they age, expecially the ones that come from random breeding. Most red bettas get some black pigmentation later, which could look blue. I hope this helps. I had a betta like that once, except it was a pink one. ^_^

It's not that uncommon from pet shop varieties of bettas. Betta color genetics are very complex and can really do werd things inless great care is taken in the breeding program, something that is not done on the fish farms that supply bettas to pet stores.
