To understand Albert Gore one must understand Chicken-little, his sky (Political Career) is falling. Albert is typical of an alarmist personality. If Albert could win, suddenlt I would preddict that our ozone would be fixed within day's of his election

It's true that "not all the science is in" on this topic, but our globe is likely to experience "climate change" which is far more dangerous than a little global warming.
If you spend a minimal amount of time on the Internet, you will see that expert opinion today (throughout the world) is that average air temperatures and average ocean temperatures on earth are increasing because of carbon emissions due to human activities. Even Exxon has reversed its position about global warming. The percentage of CO2 in the atmosphere is at an unprecedented level and increasing exponentially.
I wouldn't mind being a few degrees warmer, but the real danger is "climate change" in whole regions of the earth. A one degrees increase in ocean temperatures means a large increase in storm energy. Ocean currents can change causing regional changes in temperatures, winds, and precipitation. The worldwide food supply could easily be disrupted by larger regions becoming colder or hotter or wetter or dryer.
Climate change is explained in the popular movie narrated by Al Gore ("An Inconvenient Truth") and now available on DVD. Please check out the web site for some fascinating information.
This is an issue that our leaders can no longer avoid.
