I assume that you want to improve your Spoken English skill.
1. Attend a good spoken english class first
2. Next read a English Newspaper daily aloud
3. Mark the difficult words and search in a dictionary
4. See many English movies use head phones to hear the words clearly and slowing avoid using head phones.Start with this movie ... My fair lady
5. Try to speak in English with your office Colleagues in english even though they tease you, dont give up.

In which way would you like to improve communications? globally or personally?
I think site is a great way to do it globally, if everyone can excuse all the grammar and spelling errors..
bad if you WANT to learn grammar and spelling. :)
