please help, i can import other songs, but not itunes songs. i dont know whats wrong.

You can't. Songs purchased through iTunes are protected with Apple's FairPlay DRM. They cannot be played outside of iTunes or an iPod.

You can burn a song to a CD from iTunes, and then rip the cd back onto your computer as an MP3 - then you can use it in any program.

Rex M is right. Also the format of itunes files(Protected ACC, *.m4a, etc) is not compatible with any program except itunes as long as it is protected.

You can't import .aac files 'cause of the FairPlay copyright protection mechanism that prevents sharing of purchased music. You can import .mp3 files.
