Try Physician's Formula loose mineral powder. It's awsome--works like the Bare Minerals stuff on the infomercials but it only costs about $10. It doesn't contain talc, which really clogs your pores and all powders contain except mineral powders. You can wear it over a tinted moisturizer, but let it soak in good before you apply the powder or too much will stick and you'll have a pancake face.

dear ma'am
if u r dressing ur sef n at d time of make up, 1st u apply foundation(in correct manner)and then loose powder so that d rest of d make up sets fast.applying loose powder in plenty will lead to bad make up and appearing like loose skin
its upto u that u use moisturiser or foundation
translucent powder is the one which has no colour its a loose powder only but without any color like loose powders have many shades this one is almost opaque
hope u find my advice a cool one

translucent powder gives you a flawless look w/out the extra color. It hides pores and combats oil and yes it's fine to use over moisturizer. Just give it a couple min. to let it absorb in your skin before you powder

A little goes a long way....dont cake it on cuz then youll look...well...bad.....Use your tinted moisturizer then gently sweep the powder on over it. You dont need a lot... Shiny skin isnt a good look so the powder matte's you down so there isnt that fake maniquin shine....Hope this helps... :-)

translucent powder sets your makeup to stay in place longer. i don't see why you can't use it with a tinted moisturizer

You don't look shiny. Makes it so light reflects off your skin flatteringly. It also sets your makeup.

You can wear it over tinted moisturizer, yes, but depending on the consistency it might clump.
