It is for what you need it for, I hope you aren't paying that much for it though because that video card is so out of date that it's upsetting me to look at those numbers. Also, the CPU isn't dual core and with the cheapness of those processors (aka the Core 2 Duo and the AMD X2 series) I just can't recommend it.

This is more than enough for what you are going to be using it for. If it was a gaming system, I would recommend dual processors and more memory. This sounds great to me. Enjoy!
