If anyone has websites or book references, it would really help. I'm doing a report. I need the names of the scientists so I can research some of their accomplishments.

That's all a tall order! I only know these scientists were poets, mathematicians, and architects. I know of one - Jean-Francois Champollion. He was the linguist who interpreted (deciphered) the three languages (Greek, Coptic, and hieroglyphic) written on the Rosetta Stone. Who cares? I do.
