Like why is skiing good, and what it is, and how it can be done.. or another activity that sounds good and physical?

Skiing is a good physical activity as you use alot of musles in the body when doing it even though you probably don't realise it. Rowing and swimming are the best all over physical activity as you use almost all musles of the body when doing these activitys. Jogging and cycling are good also especially for losing weight and burning calories but they don't work the upper part of the body like you do in rowing etc. If you think of a gym and what they have in them ie treadmill, rowing machine, bikes etc most have cross trainers now also, which simulates cross country skiing which is the best form of skiing fitness wise to do, you have to be mega fit to do that. Id rather just do regular sking down the mountain though alot more fun and you still get a good work out.

Try X-Country skiing. This is an aerobic activity! Nordic skiing involves; flat terrain as well as hills.

I won't go down a hill on two pieces of wood ever again.

Kayaking or bicycling.

Both affordable and enjoyable.

sex actually burns a lot of calories

but yea physical activity is good though
