2 mates are coming and we are all fairly big we wont have actual seats though and my mum is not sure if she should let us go we are in the 2nd pit so r we gonna be ok? we have already bought the tickets lol please help me out here!

You'll be fine. Probably not the best band to see at your very first show, but it'll be okay. The second pit means you'll be in a barried area away from the stage. and there will be a separate crowd closer to the stage.
If you're really worried just stand near the back of the crowd, the closer you get to the band the more rough it is.
The roughest mosh I've been to is MCR the first time they were out here, they was pretty hardcore, the mosh went off totally. But of course slayer will be much more. So yeah just drink lots of water. and if ur in trouble the security guards and ambo's will help you out.
I can't believe seats sold out .. that's really odd. you'd expect mosh to sell out and then there to be some seats leftover.
What that person said about earplugs, don't listen to her, you only need earplugs if your a roadie or with the band and being exposed to loud music every week. Once off will be totally fine.

The pits means you'll be right up front, so make sure you wear really good earplugs because your ears will be blasted and you don't want to lose your hearings.
