You don't say how tall you are, but I'm guessing that 75 lbs. is pretty thin for any 7th grader...now, if you are just naturally thin (probably from having a fast metabolism), then you are probably all right, and will fill out in time. You say you're drinking Ensure (ugh!), so I'm also guessing that you aren't making any extraordinary effort to stay that thin (or worse, get thinner). I'm thinking you'll be OK, as long as you stay active, and eat a healthy, balanced diet.
I don't know the particulars of you Mom/Dad's health coverage (if any), but you might want to have them ask you family physician if he thinks you should should be checked to see if there is anything glandular going on...just because those sorts of things can often bite you in the butt later in life (we're just talking about a little blood work, that's all). But if that all checks out, then you can quit worrying and enjoy your thinness...more than likely, your metabolism will throttle down in time, and your body will fill out some. You're better off being a little on the thin side than being overweight.
Good luck with the rest of middle school, and as far as your weight, I think the operative phrase would be "Hakuna matata...no worries."

Well you didn't mention your height because that can affect how much you weight. I'm assuming you're 13, you don't need to worry about your weight at that age just, when you turn 18 your body will change and keep on changing well into your 20s. Try to eat a healthy diet at least 2500 calories and walk 30 minutes a day and you will be OK.

Don't listen to what these people say. Only you can decide if you're the right size. I weighed about the same in the 7th grade. Don't worry you'll put on weight. Just eat reasonably healthy and you'll do fine.

This is a BMI calculator that can make sure you're at a healthy weight which is really important. Let's say you are underweight. Eat nuts and other relativly high calorie foods, which will help you gain weight without clogging blood vessels and causing problems later.

Wow. I love the way you think about yourself. Make sure to eat plenty of lean protiens (fish, turkey, etc) and whole grains. I think you should be ok though. Don't force yourself to eat if your full or not hungry, your body can tell if your hungry or not. I think you should just eat well balanced meals for now. <3

As long as you stay healthy and get enough excercise, you're fine!!!
My oldest brother is very skinny and doesn't weigh a lot, but he is healthy since he gets his nutrition.
All I have to say is to keep up doing what you're doing!!!! :)

telling us how much you weigh doesn't mean much if we don't know how tall you are. A person who is 5'2" and someone who is 5'6" can both weigh 75lbs but look incredibly different. You should be eating properly, not living off Ensure.
