I can say with a fair amount of certainty that no, it is not legal to do that. You can check the terms and conditions and such at the bottom of www.ebay.com and they should say something about that. My guess is that ebay is limited to inanimate objects. :)

I'm totally gonna do that!!! It would be really stupid if you can't sell yourself...selling other people is wrong, but your're your own person, so you should have the right to do that. I don't think ebay really censors things like that, you could probably get away with it.
