all of a sudden, a few minute's ago, i started having this VERY painful cramp thing going through my lower abdomen. it hurts so much. i went and laid down, but that only made it worse. i feel nautious and a little dizzy. its not gas or constipation...what could it be?? Its not time for my monthly either. - i had a baby about 2 1/2 months ago, if it helps anyone's diagnosis. I dont have insurance, so going to the hospital isn't a option unless my arm has been cut off or something.
please help...it hurts really bad..

you need to see a doctor. i had a pain like that and everytime i went to dr. they said it was gas. after a few years of this while in a different state i went to the hosp. cus it got real bad. they did an ultrasound and found a cyst on my overy that had been there all along and i had to have my ovary removed. so don't wait, it could be anything and its better to have your health than the saved money from not going.
