As suggested i am sure you will first look into the obvious causes like sufficient water & nutrition for your fruit trees,but curly leaves can be the result of sap sucking pests,not always easy to identify the exact culprit,it is advisable to spray a mixture of insecticide & fungicide ,if you have reservations about these sprays,neem oil an extract of plant origin is often helpful.

If your leaves are curling that is the tree telling you it is not getting enough water just feed it.
