Yes, I think Britney (and a bunch of other celebrities) are perfect examples of how Hollywood can overwhelm a person.....For some reason ever since I heard about Britney going bald, it has made me wonder - What in the world is going on in Hollywood? I think you have to be very strong, well grounded, and have a strong support system or else you will eiither turn to drugs/alcohol to cope. If you are insecure or crave attention, Hollywood will satisfy you in the good times, but in the bad times, Hollywood will chew you up and spit you out!

With her recent activities in the public eye, she needs to either enter a rehab facility or get some serious therapy from a Psychiatrist. She's running around like a girl that's been lock up in prison for 10 years and wants to hit every bar in sight. Shaving off her hair was completely mental. I shave my hair off at least once a year because of over processing it from coloring it. I look good bald, but Britney doesn't. I think she's a boozer and a little nuts. She seems to be trying anything just to feel like she can fit in or be accepted by the world. The girl needs to be put over her daddy's knee and given a good spanking.

i think it's more like people who are genetically a little different are more likely to take risks in order to become a celebrity. Britney Spear's parents were probably a little wacky to come from no celebrity background and put their daughter on the Mickey Mouse club all the way from Louisiana. So as a famous person, Britney Spears is wacky, as well. She probably always was.

She didn't have to get that way. Look at Ron Howard. the "Facts of Life" cast, Sarah and Melissa Gilbert, and Kirk and Candice Cameron to name a few. They're not on drugs nor have eating disorders.
Too bad the same can't be said for Tracy Gold the Olsen Sisters, Willie Aims, Todd Bridges, Dana Plato nor Adam Rich.

i think that some celbrities indicate a sing of the time we live.
like britney well she is a young wreckless mother who had a short lived bad marriege an now she´s gone even crazier than ever by parting with well known sluts as if her reputation can get any worse. yes alot of girls all over the world see her as a role model wich is pretty sad. but on the other hand i think there are some women with a whole lot of common sense than she

Britney's down fall is she was your typical blond "pretty girl cheerleader type", that young guys and old farts think is "it", and the marketing pro's sold her to make a lot of moolah, and when her career took a dive, because she can't sing, she had to live in the real world and not bubble headed bleach blond land.....guess what, getting married and having kids takes responsibility and work, it isn't k-fed's fault, she knew what she was getting when she said I Do, he dumped his girlfriend, mother of his other 2 kids, while she was pregnant with the second one, so she knew what she was getting into, till it jumped up and bit her on the behind.....poof, nervous breakdown.....she needs some help!

I personally think she wanted love from a man in her life, and she found it in K-Fed unfortunalty. When she started with him eveything went down hill. She is stuck with two of his children, and she probably feels he used her for her money and to achieve fame. Also people criticized every move she has made since. So, I think she has lost it now. I think she needs to take a break from the spotlight and comeback in a couple of years. Kind of like Mariah Carrey.

Well I would never want to be a celebrity. It's no wonder they act weird and wacky sometimes. They never have any privacy and absolutely everything they do is scrutinized and picked apart by the public. Would you want the entire world knowing about every little thing that happened in your life?

Once you get caught up in the world of partying 24/7 & drinking...it's tough to lead a normal life.
I think deep down, Britney wants to be a 'nice' girl. She got caught up in the Hollywood/bad girl image. To me that llifestyle is phony & doesn't really make you happy.

Yes I do agree. She had fame from an early age and all the money she could want. I think that plus her parents divorcing stuffed her up mentally!
