I am a full time dad/homemaker, and this Presidents Day I will be taking care of my kids (boy 10, girl 9) and one of our friends/wifes co-workers kids (boy 11, girl 8 girl 6). They all go to school together and are friends and I've had them all six or eight times before and as always, it will be fun, challenging, and draining. They are sleeping over tonight so thier mom (single) doesn't have to get them up early and drop them off.For the kids, there will be much eating, running and playing, yelling, some hurt feelings, and maybe even some tears. But when it's over, it is always ok and they stay friends. They're all good kids and I like taking care of them.

Our office is closed on Presidents day...The kids were supposed to be out of school, but they missed so much from the Ice and Snow, they are going to have school, so they dont have to go later into the summer.
Im going to get the kids off to school..send hubby to work, and have some alone time, In my house...clean, cook...do laundry..may go to the mall..who Knows...I just know Im gonna enjoy my day....

We use Presidents Day as an excuse to BBQ. Just like we do Memorial Day.

I'll probably do very little, do to it coming on a lousy Monday , not that I even celebrate, it anyways. but that was your question right, it sure wasn't mine. maybe I'll send Bill Clinton some flowers, and tell him what a wonderful job, he did for this country and for Monica, well that about sums up my activities, for the exciting holiday , of presidents day!!! maybe next year I'LL prepare better and have a feast, like at Thanksgiving Nah Nah nope!!!!

Go out and collect as many pictures of dead Presidents as I can get my hands on !! It's kind of a tradition with me---and I observe this ritual religiously 226 days a year !!! I am an extremely patriotic individual !!!
