My neighbor almost killed a bellicose ice goblin, should I report him to the authorities?

Yes, but not because it's illegal. Actually, he is to be given a medal and a parade down Main Street. Ice goblins are dangerous, evil creatures. They eat people's cats and dogs. When they really get hungry, they go after kids as young as two. Your friend should have killed the bugger. The bellicose ones are the worst. They always start their bellicosity just after midnight and continue without respite until just before dawn, depriving everybody of a good night's sleep. Thankfully, they are only bellicose on three nights a week, but they always change which nights. So, it's a crapshoot for a good sleep when they are in full throat. Just keep your eyes peeled for them...

Stop snitchin'!!! This neighbor of yours probably was just letting off steam from the destructive and milk-spilling nature of this ice goblin, it's not like he actually killed him. Besides that ice goblin be one pain in the asss, he got his head in the grass, and worst of all, he likes to trespass.
