I would definately use pencil. I have tried to use liquid and it just disperses into your eye. Therefore it doesn't stay on and it isn't necessarily comfortable either. The eyeliner I use is Physicians formula. It stays on pretty well. Hope that helps.

I dont recommend using a liquid eye liner for your inner lids, but if you want one that is easy to use on your outer lids, I use Cover Girl True Blend pencil in Basic Black for my inner lids, then I go over my upper, outer lid with Loreal Lineur Intense Felt Tip liquid eye liner in Black

Isn't it really bad for you to line the inner portions of your eyes? I love liquid eyeliner, but I only wear it on top...if you think you have enough skills to work liquid on the lower part...go right ahead! It would look great! If you can see the pic of this girl...she does her make up great! She's a MAC girl tho...that gives her an advantage! Good luck!

girl I've tried it all then discovered cheap-o avon high definition gel eyeliner. It comes in a little pot, it's $7 and you just put it on w/an eyeliner brush and it doesn't budge. I live in florida and the humidity makes it impossible for makeup to stay on and I've tried all the makeup counters and spent almost $30 on one eyeliner and this avon stuff is the best. You can get it on ebay even. g'luck!

I do that to. I just buy it at the drug store (CVS or Walgreens) The one I'm using now is "Special Eyes" eyeliner pencil by Rimmel #161 Black Magic.
Just look for something that says soft or smooth application. The easier it is to put on the less you have to put on. Mine stays on pretty much all day.

You can use liquid for outter. Unless you wanna be in extreme pain, EXTREME- that stuff burns like hell. I've found that the cheaper eyliners stay the longest (I line my iner lid too), but you still hafta re-apply every couple of hrs. The Maybeline, CG and those brands aren't as heavy so they come off a lot easier.

Try a water proof or water resistant pencil eyeliner. Are you wanting to make your eyes look smaller? When you line them this way you are making them smaller and closing them up. If you line the outside instead, they will appear larger and more dramatic.

Yea, ofcourse its secure :] you in basic terms use liquid eyer liner on your appropriate eye lid honey :] and you utilize pencil on your inner lid. I reccomend getting pencil eye liner that doesnt value like one million or 2 money is going those dont teach ok. :]

That look is so 80's! So "Knots Landing" & outdated! Don't bother! Do it on the outside, under lashes, with soft pencil and smudge. That's more in style.

lining your inner eyes is bad i don't recommend doing it but, it is your choice usually liquid eye liner works and stays on good when you put it on the outside of your eyes.
