Motorola V3 black. Doesn't show animated wallpaper.?

Question

Photos in the phone show the animation but when used as wallpaper, no animation. Just still photo. Is there a problem with my phone or is it the regular characteristic of the V3

Even the default animated images don't animate in the wall paper

only the default animations will be displayed as moving animation.not all the other animation
