A bellicose ice goblin wrecked my driveway yesterday by dumping ice all over it and then skating on my property, will I be within my writes to aim at his little dome?

def not, they are an endangered species, with only a handful remaining in North America, it is due to habitat destruction and ignorant people as yourself that these poor magical creatures continue to disappear

Move to warmer climates. Ice goblins hate that. Of course then you have to deal with heat goblins, but they are pretty much harmless. The best they can do is melt ice cream while drive home from the supermarket or turn your grass brown through drought.

Aim what?
You can aim your garden hose at him... no problem.
You can aim a nerf dart gun at him... no problem.
If you mean a firearm or other deadly weapon... go ahead and aim it at him. and then be ready to surrender every weapon you own to the state in preparation for your trip to a nice cozy 8 X 11 room with 3 concrete walls and one wall made up of steel bars.

huh? i think you mean, 'be within your RIGHTS', not writes. check this little turd's doings & put down lots of table salt on the offending area. better than rock salt, less harmful to your immediate area, cheaper and stays put a lot longer. have any pets? won't hurt them - only makes them very thirsty . want to fix it for the rest of the season? get & keep handy brown sand, you know the cheap beach sand. happens again & out of salt? spray the sand around liberally. you can also mix it with the table salt. situation neutralized.
