Yes.
Japan was an empire at one time, and never lost a fight against
larger asian nations. Japan wanted to be an empire again.
Hitler promised to make them one.
Italy used to be an empire. They controlled most of the world that
they had seen. Hitler promised to restore the power of Rome.
He got rid of, or used people, to get what he wanted.

When the Nazis came for the communists,
I remained silent;
I was not a communist.
When they locked up the social democrats,
I remained silent;
I was not a social democrat.
When they came for the trade unionists,
I did not speak out;
I was not a trade unionist.
When they came for the Jews,
I did not speak out;
I was not a Jew.
When they came for me,
there was no one left to speak out.

Hittler did hate many ethnic and politcal groups besides the jewish people. The homosexuals (Refered to as Roma), Communists, Gypsies, mentally and physicly disabled, the list goes on and on, espesially in the Meim Kamph. Hitler backed the Japanese Empire to not have the war come at him from both sides. He also backed Benito Mussolini, who was not blond hair, blue eye. But also the fact that most of the countries that supported him belived in his Fascist ideas.

Try The Russian's, Slav's, Gypsies, Mentally ill & whovelse he didn't like
He was stupid to declare war agaist the US, and back the Japanese. He would have been better to have support the Japanese like the US did before they became into the war
Sure the US aided the Brit's with lend lease and the supply of obsolete "four piper destroyers", WW I left overs in return for the use of UK bases which interested them at the time

Hitler had homosexuals, Roma, Jews, liberals and Jehovah's Witnesses, etc. killed. Hitler was a hypocrite when it came to his racial theories. Aside from the Japanese, the SS had a whole division of Indians.

Yes. Hitler persecuted nearly anyone. Jews, Gypsies, Jehovah's Witnesses, Homosexuals, Disabled and Mentally Handicapped, and simple political enemies.
In your question you also forget to point out that Hitler had black hair himself...

he hated the gypsies and the handicapped(mentally and physically).
it is kind of ironic that he thought that the Aryan race(blond hair, blue eyes) was the ultimate race, but he did not have blond hair or blue eyes.

Well, obviously he allied with the japs because of political reason and there is nothing personal. (He still dislike them personally). The japs and The Nazis shared the same belief on fascism and militarism. They wanted to gang up against the Russians so they allied with each other.

He wasn't very fond of gypsys or catholics, if killing them by the thousands is any indication.
The Japanese were obviously not German, and therefore inferior.
Besides, Hitler wasn't immediately interested in the South Pacific regions.
