I love to lift weights and I get stronger but I never seem to get bigger. I eat a lot and I still dont get bigger. Can someone give me a workout they feel would work or a diet they feel would work for a hard gainer. Please help.

Crank up your protein intake.

What kind of reps are you doing on your weight sets? 8-10 per set is ideal for mass gains.

Make sure you're taking enough time off between workouts too. Remember, your muscles don't grow when you're working out, they grow _between_ the workouts. The workout is just to stimulate the growth.
