why do some people keep claiming they are being held down? And if they were held down, isn't it more horable to just keep silent and work hard, instead of bitching and moaning? I'm sick of people pulling race cards.

All i hear on yahoo ask is that minorities are being held down by whites.

It makes white/european people look like antagonists, that has got to stop.

I'm a white man, 30 yrs in the military, retired... and I have interfaced with every race, and not all were in the military. I think...Serious problems...to my experience, came from the black community, always far fetched complaints like being a slave, and being held back or any failure of a black man is due to white mans dominance or influence. If a job is to hard to do, a black man will just plain not do the work, claim of prejudice of some kind, and "**** you mother ******"........

It can be very easy to make that statement if we are the ones on the winning side. I have personally known people whom that have happened to. And I have known some that just didn't want to invest the time to try to make it better. I say each circumstance is unique. May God Bless U.

Racism if experienced in real life turns emotions in a negative direction.Obviously opportunities if denied on basis of race will trigger a blame game .Life is like that face it and change it for good if you do have a plan.

Tell that to the police that harassed me for breathing while growing up. Life in the US is much better, but it isn't "there" yet. If you studied the stats you'd be amazed at the litany of choices that are made against others solely due to their skin tone. Fortunately, everyone isn't that way as I assume you may not be.

Why do some white people blame blacks for their problems? He without sin cast the first stone. I never play the race card as a scapegoat for my problems; its unfortunate some people have to.

Because not blaming another race will require work and deduction. Always playing the race game will result in free hand outs and government aids.

Another form of racism against whites!!

Everytime onother race can't make it, they then blame white people.

It is very very sad, but it happens everyday!!!

It's alot easier to blame others than to hold ourselves accountable.
