What should be the punishment for people who injure or kill animals?

Do you eat meat? Wear leather? If so, you're part of the problem.
Why don't you try going vegan, if you haven't done so already? Your health will improve.

You really should have been a little more specific with your question - did they injure/kill to feed/clothe/house their families or did they just want to do it for the fun of it??? It would be very difficult to decide on just one punishment - too many different people with too many different views and since it would probably fall under State jurisdiction I am sure we would probably have 52 different punishments established. None of which, of course, will ever equal God's punishment to those who willfully torture, maim or kill just for the heck of it. Do you know of some activity concerning animal cruelty?? You should notify the proper authorities immediately (you can do this without giving your name or personal information) .

A really huge fine that will put them in the poor house for the rest of their lives, like $100,000 or so, and that to be donated to an animal rescue facility.

If they are killing them for no reason and it's not for food. They should die. I can't stand people who injure animals and kill animals for no reason.

If they're hunting and the animal is in season, no punishment. Otherwise, they should be fined.

ive killed animals for food. thats alright to do. but if you just kill and injer them for fun you should be beaten severly and left out on the side of a mountain somewhere in the wilderness.

Unless they kill them to eat they shuold be shot.
But people kill animals all the time in cars, standing on them eg ants.
fly spray kills many animals.

i beliefe in humand death. and i respect animals and animals rights. but i am a carnivore. it is not possible for me to not injure or kill some of them.
