He's a bussiness man chairman of the trump organization, He owns lots of real estate. You can tell he owns it because it has the name trump somewhere in the title. He owns the Ms. Universe franchise and is chairman of that. He has a tv show called the apprentice which he hosts and is the executive producer. That's it for the professional side. Personally he lives life on the high end. He plays golf at his own country club. During the apprentice LA he was living in LA, but mostly lives in NY city or Miami. Is the father of 3 Ivana, Donald Jr, and the baby Baron. He also supports a lot of fundraisers.

My explanation is this Now that this election is over, the cycle is reset. Trump has just declared been the first republican to start running for the republican primaries. As we're all aware, you have to act all sorts of crazy to do well in the GOP primaries. Trump's just getting a head start on the field by starting now.
